Sue’s business transactions experience started with six years as a member of a practice group representing an automaker in complex real estate purchases and leases and dealership asset transfers. Sue now uses that experience to represent small- and medium-sized business clients in commercial real estate acquisitions and leases, company formation and governance, and business succession.
Whether in the estate planning or commercial transactions context, Sue enjoys working with a client’s team of financial, accounting, and other advisors to reach conclusion or closing smoothly.
Outside the office, Sue’s focus remains on her family, including her husband of 30 years and two adult children. Sue also enjoys fitness activities and exploring Denver’s restaurant scene with friends and family.
