Aaron practices generally in civil litigation in state and federal courts. After representing subcontractors and general contractors in lawsuits alleging construction defects, Aaron expanded his practice to representing small-to-medium sized businesses in a variety of other disputes, largely related to real estate. He has represented a wide range of different clients, including entrepreneurs, partners in business disputes; personal representatives, creditors, and beneficiaries in estate matters; trademark holders; trustees, landowners in boundary disputes, individuals in non-business lawsuits, lenders and borrowers, product manufacturers, parties in state and federal appeals, and more. These cases often take place in state and federal courts, but Aaron has also successfully represented clients in arbitration proceedings and has appeared before state administrative boards.
In addition to private practice, Aaron defended the State of Colorado with the Attorney General’s Office and served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Vincent R. White.
